Before you enter a name or select a face image, HR-You needs your explicit consent for a personalized training preview.

What will be generated HR-You may generate short personalized HR workplace and compliance training video scenes with quiz feedback using your consented image as a temporary visual reference. HR-You will not ask for gender.
Storage duration This MVP keeps selected source images in browser memory until generation. When an instant video provider is configured, HR-You stages a short-lived private URL server-side and deletes that staged image after provider handoff. Future generated assets must expire automatically within 30 days.
Deletion You can download a data summary or delete personalization data at any time. Future stored source images and generated assets must be removed when deletion is requested or retention expires.
Image permission Upload only your own image or an image you have clear permission to use for this training experience.
